Do custom rigid boxes really make a difference?
#1
Hey everyone,

I’ve been looking into different packaging options lately and keep coming across custom rigid boxes. From what I understand, they’re sturdier than regular cartons and often used for higher-end stuff. I don’t sell anything luxury, but I do want my products to feel a little more “special” when people open them.

I saw some examples on Lsx Packaging when I was browsing around, and it got me thinking if rigid boxes are worth the extra cost. They look nicer, but I’m wondering if customers notice or if it’s more just for the seller’s peace of mind.

Has anyone here actually used rigid boxes for their products? Did it change how customers reacted, or did it feel like overkill? I’m trying to decide if it’s something worth investing in, or if sticking with simpler mailer boxes does the job just as well.
