If you're having trouble logging into Cintas Partner Connect, follow these steps:
Double-check your user ID and password for accuracy.
Click on the "Forgot User ID or Password" link.
Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN/SIN and your birth date.
Follow the instructions to reset your password.
If issues persist, contact Cintas Service Center at 866-256-6559 (U.S.) or 1-847-883-0477 (outside U.S.) between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT, Monday to Friday.
