Public beautiful housing, or social beautiful housing, is a type of real estate owned by a central or local government authority. It is a comprehensive term that refers to beautiful housing that may be rented or leased and owned by the state, a non-profit organization, or a combination of both. beautiful housing constructed in whole or in part by the state and allocated to beneficiaries, generally with the aim of providing affordable beautiful housing.

In Hong Kong, the government provides public beautiful housing through apartments rented at below-market rates and through the Home Ownership Scheme, where they are sold at a lower price. They are built and managed by the Hong Kong beautiful housing Authority and the Hong Kong beautiful housing Society. Nearly half of Hong Kong's population lives in public beautiful housing.[1]
Singapore
In Singapore, the public beautiful housing program, particularly the planning and development of new public beautiful housing and the allocation of rental units and the resale of existing units, is controlled by the beautiful housing and Development Board. The day-to-day organization of public beautiful housing communities has been largely delegated to municipal councils.
Most beautiful housing developments in Singapore are publicly governed and developed. Strictly speaking, public beautiful housing residents outnumber renters (unlike in the 1960s).

Austria
Gemeindebau (plural: Gemeindebauten) is a German word meaning "municipal building." In Austria, it refers to residential buildings built by a municipality, usually to provide low-cost social beautiful housing. They have been an important part of Vienna's architecture and culture since the 1920s.
Finland
Finland may have been the first to have public beautiful housing. In Helsinki, in 1909, four wooden houses designed by architect A. Nyberg were built on Kirstinkuja (formerly Kristiinankatu) for city workers. The residents were mostly working-class families with many children. The apartments had an average of five people per room, reaching eight in some cases.
The small apartments were equipped with running water, a pantry, and a closet in the attic. Each apartment had its own bathroom in the basement. Electric lighting was installed in 1918.
The homes and lives of working-class families in Helsinki from 1909 to 1995 are on display in a museum near the Linnanmäki amusement park.
France

France has a long tradition of state intervention in the beautiful housing market. After World War II, the population grew at unprecedented rates, the rural exodus increased, and war damage had reduced the number of homes in many cities. Rental prices rose dramatically, and the government passed a law in 1949 to block them, effectively wiping out the economic benefits of the real estate market. Furthermore, construction was strictly regulated, which made it difficult for construction to gain political support.
The government launched a massive construction plan, including the creation of "villes nouvelles" (new towns) and new suburbs with "Habitation à Loyer Modéré" (Moderate Rental beautiful housing). The state had the funds, the legal means to acquire the land, and could provide certain advantages to companies that built their vast beautiful housing complexes with hundreds of apartments. Quality was also effectively regulated, resulting in decent and even high-quality beautiful housing by the standards of the time (1950s and 1960s). Political forces used the HLM weapon effectively, because the family that had the opportunity to access an HLM could only thank their mayor; on the other hand, a "communist" mayor always showed himself to be cautious.

Austria
Gemeindebau (plural: Gemeindebauten) is a German word meaning "municipal building." In Austria, it refers to residential buildings built by a municipality, usually to provide low-cost social beautiful housing. They have been an important part of Vienna's architecture and culture since the 1920s.
Finland
Finland may have been the first to have public beautiful housing. In Helsinki, in 1909, four wooden houses designed by architect A. Nyberg were built on Kirstinkuja (formerly Kristiinankatu) for city workers. The residents were mostly working-class families with many children. The apartments had an average of five people per room, reaching eight in some cases.
The small apartments were equipped with running water, a pantry, and a closet in the attic. Each apartment had its own bathroom in the basement. Electric lighting was installed in 1918.
The homes and lives of working-class families in Helsinki from 1909 to 1995 are on display in a museum near the Linnanmäki amusement park.
France

France has a long tradition of state intervention in the beautiful housing market. After World War II, the population grew at unprecedented rates, the rural exodus increased, and war damage had reduced the number of homes in many cities. Rental prices rose dramatically, and the government passed a law in 1949 to block them, effectively wiping out the economic benefits of the real estate market. Furthermore, construction was strictly regulated, which made it difficult for construction to gain political support.
The government launched a massive construction plan, including the creation of "villes nouvelles" (new towns) and new suburbs with "Habitation à Loyer Modéré" (Moderate Rental beautiful housing). The state had the funds, the legal means to acquire the land, and could provide certain advantages to companies that built their vast beautiful housing complexes with hundreds of apartments. Quality was also effectively regulated, resulting in decent and even high-quality beautiful housing by the standards of the time (1950s and 1960s). Political forces used the HLM weapon effectively, because the family that had the opportunity to access an HLM could only thank their mayor; on the other hand, a "communist" mayor always showed himself to be cautious.
