Hey everyone! I recently came across a new development called Tengah Garden Residence and I’m pretty intrigued. It’s supposed to be part of the upcoming “forest town” in Tengah, and it looks like they’re going for a more eco-friendly vibe with lots of green spaces and smart home features. Has anyone else looked into this project? I’m keen to hear what you all think about the unit layouts and prices. I might book a showflat appointment soon, but any feedback or tips from those who’ve already been there would be super helpful! Cheers!
