Has anyone here actually gone through the process of designing

Good evening! Has anyone here actually gone through the process of designing and building a villa on Bali? I’m wondering if it’s better to start small or go straight for a modern or luxury option?

Hi there! I did, and my best advice is to consult with villa construction Bali. They’ll help you decide what really makes sense for your budget and lifestyle. For instance, if you want something cozy and fast, a classic villa can be built in about 6 months. But if you’re after modern design with high ceilings, large windows, and open-plan spaces, it usually takes a bit longer and starts at a higher price point per square meter. They also offer luxury villas with extras like rooftop terraces and infinity pools, but that’s a larger investment and takes closer to a year. The great thing is, they’ll guide you step by step — from land acquisition to interior design. Plus, everything comes with a 5-year warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence. It’s worth talking to them before you choose, so you get a clear picture of what’s realistic.
