Hey folks,
I’m currently in the market for a new home in the East and came across the Tampines Street 94 Condo development. The brochure looks impressive — decent layout, good amenities, and close to Tampines MRT and shopping malls.
Before I get too excited, I wanted to ask if anyone here has looked into it or maybe even booked a unit? I'm especially keen to know about the traffic situation in the area, resale potential, and overall vibe of the neighborhood.
Appreciate any feedback — both good and bad! It really helps to hear from locals or fellow buyers before making such a big decision.
