Hi everyone, 

We’re currently scaling our data infrastructure and Kafka has become a central piece of our architecture. While we’ve built some in house expertise, we realize the complexity of managing and optimizing Kafka at scale requires additional guidance. 

That’s why we’re exploring the option of working with a Kafka support partner. Has anyone here worked with a reliable partner for ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization? 

What factors should we prioritize when making a choice response times, experience with large deployments, or cost models? I’d really appreciate insights or recommendations from those with real world experience.
